Order Policies
We highly recommend placing cake orders at least 48 hours in advance–on popular weekends our baking schedule often fills up! Orders for custom-decorated cakes and cupcakes should be placed as far in advance as possible. Contact me for same-day order.

Design Finalization
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing any custom order, with final payment due one (1) month prior to the delivery or pick-up date. In the event of cancellation, these monies are forfeit (and cannot be credited toward future bakery purchases). If your custom order is made less than one (1) month in advance, the total amount is due immediately. If final payment is not made by this date, the order is considered canceled.
Notification of cancellation must be made fourteen (14) or more days prior to the delivery or pick-up date in order to receive a partial refund of monies paid. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days notice. Note that regardless of the cancellation date, the 50% deposit is always non-refundable.

Modifications & Substitutions
We’ve worked hard to create flavor combinations that make our products special. Because of this, please allow 24 hours' notice to inform if we are able to accommodate your request (e.g. the addition or omission of particular ingredients (nuts, fillings, etc.) featured in or on our products). We accommodate a wide range of preferences, and we’ve created a range of flavors and combinations, so we’re confident there’s a cake flavor to appeal to everyone! Thanks for your understanding!

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, cancellation only in an emergency event (discretion of the baker). We work hard to provide you the best experience, but, sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur and mistakes are rarely made. No money-back. No refunds. However, we will provide you 10-15 percent off the next order you place with us. We are grateful for your patience.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, it is your responsibility to place the product in the freezer/refrigerator immediately.
*Note: we provide cake care cards for proper care while delivering/pick-up.

Custom Orders
The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional rush-order charges based upon time and product availability.
